The following organisations offer specialist services for domestic and family violence, yet not all of these services will have an Aboriginal member of staff. Some of these organisations have provided you with a brief video to speak about how they attempt to provide a culturally safe environment for those accessing their service.

Victoria Police will provide services to people who are experiencing family violence, and respond to concerns for family members, friends, or neighbours. Police will assess risk, consider past family violence and any recorded criminal history and will attempt to identify who is being harmed and who is doing the harming. Wadawurrung has an Aboriginal Community Liaison Officer who can link Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members with Victoria Police.
